Intentional Listening

To gain higher levels of acceptance for more discretionary services requires training of the entire team on how patients make purchasing decisions.

The team trained in Intentional Listening knows that questions, not statements are more effective in helping patients want the dentistry you know they need.

This program identifies need development questions that teams can ask patients. These questions, in turn, identify non-clinical benefits that determine acceptance decisions.

The New Patient Experience

The goal of this program is to increase the patient’s perceived value of your services and gain higher levels of treatment acceptance.

The New Patient Experience goes well beyond simply calling people by their names. It communicates the values and vision you want patients to have of you and your practice.

Leadership

Leaders are not managers, and most dentists are managers. Leadership requires listening, learning and empathy. It means focusing not on things, but on people – on “you and me” and working with people on their strengths, not their weaknesses.

This program will give you an objective assessment of your leadership style and skills. Through the use of several measuring instruments, you will also learn the strengths and weaknesses. You will be coached to deal with leadership issues in your practice and with your team.

Peak Performance

The goals of this program are to promote long term and enduring personal change in the lives of both you and the team, and to design structural changes in the practice’s organization systems that complement the personal changes that are needed.
