Christian White joined J. White & Associates in January of 2008 as a multifaceted asset to the company, specializing in areas from practice finance to social media engagement.  Before joining our team, Christian was part of an elite mentoring program at Piper Jaffray, where he effectively spoke to large groups of people, presenting financial information to Piper Jaffray’s top executives. He learned quickly how to think on his toes and leverages this today with our own clients.  Coming from a background in the financial services industry, he brings to our clients a fresh perspective through the people and business skills he has developed during his years of experience.

Christian earned his Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration, specializing in finance, with a minor in Management Information Systems from Augsburg College in Minneapolis, MN.  He is also enrolled in continuing education classes on Social Media / Peer Review Marketing, and how to use this new tool along with a dental practice’s online resources to convert non-active patients to active patients by creating a real and authentic online relationship. Additionally, he has consulted dental clients on “The New Patient Cycle” in dentistry: Discovery, Conversion, Loyalty and Referral. He specializes in implementing J. White & Associates Entrepreneurial compensation system. This system allows the dental team to assume and take risk to increase their personal income just like dentist does. All the while, contributing to the growth of the dental practice.

When Christian isn’t helping clients grow their businesses, he is involved in competitive ballroom dancing, playing DISC Golf and equities investing.  He also spends time chasing his 8 month old Doberman Puppy, Attila around the house. Christian resides in Woodbury, MN.
